Building on a business legacy dating back to 1930, LTC Group’s corporate history can be traced to 21 May 1964, when Malaysia Feedmills Ltd was incorporated in Singapore. Following its acquisition by the Lion Group in 1997, the business underwent a series of strategic transformations, expanding its capabilities and developing a diversified portfolio of businesses and investments.
Following its transition to private ownership, LTC Corporation Pte. Ltd. now operates as a member of the LTC Group, carrying forward the Group’s established heritage, operational expertise and long-term business vision.
Today, LTC Group’s principal activities span property investment and development, investment management, downstream steel products manufacturing and retail operations. Through disciplined management, strategic partnerships and a commitment to operational excellence, the Group remains focused on sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
The Company was incorporated in Singapore in the name of Malaysia Feedmills Ltd (MFL) on 21 May 1964. In 1997, it was acquired by the Lion group and changed its name to Lion Teck Chiang Ltd and subsequently to LTC Corporation Ltd.
The principal activities of LTC’s subsidiary, joint-venture and associated companies are property investment, property development, steel trading & fabrication and retail operation.
